Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: July 17, 2026
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Use govern access to orelnatural.com and the naturopathic consultation services presented by Orel Yariv, ND. By using the website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Educational and naturopathic scope
Website content and consultations provide educational, analytical, and naturopathic guidance. They may discuss nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, environmental exposures, laboratory questions, and chronic health patterns. They do not constitute medical diagnosis, emergency care, prescription, psychotherapy, or treatment by a licensed physician unless expressly stated otherwise by a separately qualified professional.
The title ND is used to describe naturopathic training and professional positioning. It must not be understood as a representation that Orel Yariv holds a physician's licence in every country from which the website can be accessed.
3. Emergencies and medical care
This service is not monitored for emergencies. If you may be experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, contact the emergency service in your location immediately. Do not wait for an email response or consultation.
Do not start, stop, reduce, increase, or combine prescription medication based on website content or a short consultation. Medication decisions must be discussed with the prescribing physician or another appropriately licensed clinician.
4. The 15-minute consultation
The short consultation is a focused advisory session. It may help clarify a question, identify issues that merit medical follow-up, review general supplement-safety considerations, discuss environmental exposure questions, or decide whether a more complete assessment is appropriate. Fifteen minutes is not sufficient for a full clinical intake, comprehensive record review, diagnosis, or complete personalised protocol.
The consultation does not create an open-ended duty of monitoring or follow-up. Any additional work, written review, or continuing support must be agreed separately.
5. Eligibility and minors
You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction. A consultation concerning a minor requires the participation and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The service may be declined when the requested subject is outside the appropriate scope, cannot be handled safely in the available format, or requires local licensed care.
6. Booking, price, and confirmation
The English-language price currently displayed is USD 80 for a 15-minute consultation. The Hebrew-language price currently displayed is ILS 229 for a 15-minute consultation. The price and currency presented in the booking flow apply unless a different written arrangement is confirmed. Taxes, if legally applicable, will be handled as required.
Payment is currently processed through PayPal. A payment submission alone does not guarantee the requested slot. A booking is final only after payment is received and the date and time are confirmed. If the requested time is unavailable, another time or a refund will be offered.
7. Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds
Please request a change or cancellation by email as early as possible. A request made at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment will normally be eligible for rescheduling. A missed appointment or cancellation within 24 hours may be non-refundable because the time was reserved and may not be reusable.
If the practitioner cancels and no suitable replacement time is agreed, the consultation fee will be refunded. Nothing in these terms limits a cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. Where mandatory law gives you a more favourable right, that law prevails. A cancellation request can be sent to contact@orelnatural.com.
8. Your responsibilities
- Provide information that is accurate and relevant to the question.
- Disclose medications, supplements, allergies, pregnancy, major diagnoses, and active medical care when they are relevant to safety.
- Maintain appropriate care with local licensed professionals and complete urgent or recommended medical evaluation.
- Use a private, suitable environment and reliable connection for a remote consultation.
- Do not record the consultation without prior agreement and compliance with applicable law.
9. No guarantee of outcome
Health outcomes vary. No cure, remission, symptom resolution, prevention, laboratory change, medication reduction, or other result is promised. Testimonials, examples, educational articles, and discussion of scientific research do not guarantee that the same result will occur for you.
10. Third-party services
The service may link to or rely on PayPal, email, calendar, video-call, hosting, or other providers. Their availability, security, accessibility, and data handling are governed by their own terms. A link does not imply control over or endorsement of every statement or practice of the third party.
11. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original text, structure, graphics, consultation frameworks, and educational materials belong to Orel Yariv or are used with permission. You may view and print a reasonable copy for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, scrape at scale, remove attribution, train a commercial system on the content, or create derivative commercial material without written permission.
References to external research remain the property of their respective authors and publishers and are subject to their own terms.
12. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse booking or payment tools, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or use the service in a way that infringes privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
13. Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Content, available services, scheduling methods, and prices may change. A price change does not affect a consultation already paid for and confirmed unless both sides agree.
14. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website is excluded. For a paid consultation, any liability that can lawfully be limited will not exceed the amount paid for the consultation giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter protected by mandatory law.
15. Governing law and mandatory rights
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without removing mandatory consumer, privacy, or other protections that apply to you under the law of your place of residence. The parties should first attempt to resolve a concern directly and in good faith. Any court proceedings will be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.
16. Severability and waiver
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent possible. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
17. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service or law changes. The date at the top will be revised. The terms in effect when a paid consultation is confirmed will govern that consultation, except where a later change is required by law or agreed by both sides.
18. Contact
Questions, complaints, cancellation requests, and legal notices may be sent to contact@orelnatural.com.
