4. Consultation terms

The 15-minute consultation is a focused advisory session. It is suitable for triage, direction, supplement safety questions, lab interpretation questions, environmental exposure questions, and deciding whether a deeper intake is appropriate. It is not a full intake, not a complete protocol, and not a substitute for ongoing clinical care.

The English consultation price displayed on this site is $80 for 15 minutes. Payment is handled through the payment method made available at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed only after payment and scheduling confirmation.

5. Payment, cancellations, and refunds

Payment must be completed before the consultation unless explicitly agreed otherwise. A client may request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable. If Orel Yariv must cancel or reschedule, the client will be offered a new time or refund.

6. Information you choose to share

You may choose to share health history, symptoms, medications, supplements, lab results, lifestyle information, environmental exposure information, and contact details. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that you do not send information you are not comfortable sharing by email or digital communication.

7. Privacy and data handling

This static website does not operate a medical record system or store form submissions in a database. Booking requests are sent through your email client to the email address shown on the website. Email is not always an encrypted channel. Avoid sending highly sensitive medical records by email unless you understand and accept that limitation.
